Every party type comes with a few things it can't go without (ice, plates and cups, drinks, dessert; turkey, stuffing and pie for Thanksgiving; charcoal, buns and condiments for a BBQ). Each one shows red until someone signs up for something that covers it ("bag of ice" covers Ice), then green with who is bringing it. One tap sends the group only what is still missing.
The app warns the second person ("Aunt Rose is already bringing stuffing") and lets them pick something else or bring it too. It never blocks: two pies are rarely a problem.
Use the share button (it opens your phone's share sheet with a preview card), send it as a text message (works with iMessage and SMS), or copy the link and paste it anywhere.
Only the first names people type and what they are bringing. The list closes at the end of the party day and everything is deleted automatically 7 days later.
